“When we consider a project, we really study it–not just the surface idea, but everything about it. And when we go into that new project, we believe in it all the way. We have confidence in our ability to do it right. And we work hard to do the best possible job.” — Walt Disney

A good idea is the foundation of any project. I could spend hours talking about the reasons I think ANIMARTINI is a great project, that the story we are creating is different, with a new vision, awesome, etc. But, as an old say here in Brazil, “hell is full of great ideas”.

ANIMARTINI was not idealized as a hobby. A movie, a series, a short film, every project that we are going to develop must be one more step for us to go on to the next big, challenging and entertaining project, and with each one build our foundation. ANIMARTINI was conceived as a financially sustainable, innovation focused and project generator company, with focus on paying collaborators what is just and correct.

So the question is: how to make ANIMARTINI a business with these characteristics? How to make ANIMARTINI thrive?

To release our first short film in July 2015, which will pave the way to our first feature film, there are various points to address, such as business plan, marketing, content production for ANIMARTINI´s website and other medias, tracking, IT infrastructure management, financing and crowdfunding, community management, company goals, management, copyright, new collaborators and many more, not taking into consideration the short, series or movie production part by itself, that involves script development, concept arts, CGI modeling and animation, animatics, editing, sound and voice over, distribuition, exhibition and much more.

If I want to get into concepts and applications listed above, each topic would take not only an article, but a book. Actually, much more than one book. So don´t expect an answer to the question I posted before right now. Since one of the main principles here at ANIMARTINI is being as transparent as possible during all the process, expect a lot of information and comments in the coming weeks.

Another ANIMARTINI principle is to always be open to comments and criticism. We really want to know what you think about our updates, the websie… Please send your opinions and doubts on the form below, or comment on our Facebook page: http://www.facebook.com/animartinipro

Thank you! :-)
